Julian has over 24 years Board Director and Senior Manager experience working in and with SMEs, Nationals and Global multi-billion pound organisations operating in the UK, Europe, EurAsia, MEA , South and Central America. This experience shaping direction and strategy as a Senior Manager for the worlds largest Stationery company in Office Depot, as a Board Director for the UKs largest Print reseller in XMA (part of the multi billion £ Westcoast Group) and in various Senior leadership roles at global icon Xerox has given Julian a unique understanding of business both at an SME and multi-national position, while working very closely with Public Sector bodies at the highest levels within the UK. The knowledge gained and experience shared while having responsibility for annual revenues between £10m and £400m in the UK, Europe and across the world and having overseen relationships with over 10,000 SMEs again ensures that he is uniquely placed to help guide and shape business direction for organisations of all shapes with all kinds of requirements and objectives.

Julian has had great success and over achieved goals, targets and expectations in all his roles and ensured  profitable growth, both in the short and more imortantly in the long term. Combine this rounded business experience and ever present success with a degree in Business Decision Analysis (BSc) where all decisions and solutions come from factual based analysis and proven rationale and you can start to understand what value Julian can add to almost any organisation.
